I was really tired of cable TV and it has really been an enjoyment switching to your company and learning things about satellite TV. I do have a suggestion for you if it can be accomplished for the VIP722/622 DVR. When watching a timer program that is still recording, there are no stop and resume buttons if you want to stop watching it. We watch timer programs all the time that are still recording. If we want to stop watching it for any reason, there is no way to stop and start the recording at a later time. When we are ready to watch the recording again, you have to start over and try to remember the recording time you left off at so you can fast forward to that spot. I was with Charter Cable before Dish and had MOXI and Motorola DVRs. They have a stop and resume button in their programs for this situation. I think this could be added with a software update. I am a member of the SatelliteGuys.US Forum and it appears there are several other folks that would like to see this feature updated too. I hope you can help us out. Thanks again for a great satellite service. b c ? @ A h i j k u v { | # ( 8 9 g h 017867ȷȥȥȷȷhS0JCJOJQJ^JaJ#jhSCJOJQJU^JaJ hS5CJOJQJ\^JaJhSCJOJQJ^JaJhS0JCJOJQJ^JaJjhSUhShSCJOJQJ^JaJ:c k v | 187gdSh * hS,1h/ =!"#$% @@@ NormalCJ_HaJmH sH tH DA@D Default Paragraph FontRi@R Table Normal4 l4a (k@(No ListB^`B S Normal (Web)dd[$\$4U`4 S Hyperlink >*ph ckv|187 00000000000000ckv|187 0000000000000 0 @h8g XXX8@0( B S ?߸N ) 6 >*urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags PersonName H 7 G 33 M * S}y@ L @@UnknownGz Times New Roman5Symbol3& z Arial5& zaTahoma"qhdfdfT T !24d 2HX)?S2Dear Charles Shell, Oh+'0x 4 @ LX`hpDear Charles Shell, Normal.dot 1Microsoft Office Word@G@6@A~T ՜.+,D՜.+,D hp Home ' Dear Charles Shell, Title 8@ _PID_HLINKSAD7!mailto:charlesrshell@charter.netF?ghttp://tech.dishnetwork.com/departmental_content/techportal/content/tech/techchatadvcustformrf23.shtml wHhttp://tech.dishnetwork.com/departmental_content/techportal/index.shtml !"#$%&()*+,-.1Root Entry F@)3Data 1TableWordDocument.SummaryInformation(DocumentSummaryInformation8'CompObjq FMicrosoft Office Word Document MSWordDocWord.Document.89q Flash Sale Popup
