ME : I am having problems with dishonline....i click on programs to watch and they won't come up just a spinning wheel in the center of the video box and on my dvr remote access i cannot get the grid to come up.

ME : no, i don't think you understand how dishonline works...i am trying to access programming from dishonline and i am trying to get the grid to display on remote access

ME : no.....dishonline and remote access have been not working properly for several days.

ME : I don't think so...all was fine last week...i suggest you elevate to the next level.....grid appears through dishonline but your link on the homepage to set the dvr w/o going to dishonline does not give you the grid, but will give the user the schedule, timers, and available recording time
Stephanie (ID: EV3): I'm sorry that you feel this way, ME. However, this is tier 2 tech support. If you wish to speak to a supervisor, I can see if one is available. There is not an issue on our end as the grid is pulling up here.
ME : i repeat the grid pulls up through dishonline, but not when you the link "set my DVR" on the homepage....don't forget you have a remote access link and a dishonline link for this purpose....we have not resolved the inability for programs to appear when requested through dishonline
