Well it appears I got F* by E*. I ordered dishnetwork online and finally finally got an installer willing to climb on my 3-story roof to install the dish, after 3 attempts.
I ordered through dishbuilder, and asked for a 2-tv installation, including one hdtv. He actually installed 3 tv's...
