Tried the hard reboot, and got the same thing. I have 625 DVR, Dish 500 so just SD. When I try to go to the locals the Acquiring Satellite screen flashes briefly and I can see the transponder number change from 15 to 27 then the "We are aware of the problem" screen comes up.

Not to hijack someone elses thread here, but I'm having issues as well. I did a "move" except it will be a real move in the next week. I'm in Pittsburgh and moving to Rochester. I have the Rochester locals in the guide but get the generic "We are aware of a problem..No need to call" message on...

Actually Moving So I actually am moving, and had the dish mover set up only to cancel it when my locals (Currently Pittsburgh) switched over to Rochester (Where I'm moving). I'd like to reschedule the move and if there is a way to set it up so I can actually get the Rochester locals before...
