What other kinds of LNBs are there? Also, do you have any idea what the uncommitted values are for?

I've been using the LNBC and sure enough have gotten some music and goltv (but not NASA dang it!) but how do I use the diseqc and the LNBL? I can hook up the diseqc to the two LNBs but then what?

After a lot of effort, I got the dish setup and the receiver actually working. I am still not sure about the two types of LNBs I have. One is LNBC and the other is LNBL. It says Ku-Band on the box and coolsat ku-lnbf on the lnb itself.

By standard do you mean single? My choices are single, universal, and ocs.

How do I find out if my LNB is single or universal? Which of these numbers on the box indicate the frequency of the LNB?

Cables have been checked and double checked by others. Haven't tried the other mentioned options possibly because I don't know anything about them. What do I do? LNB power is on.

I finally got the satellite package to work but only after sending the receiver back and getting a replacement. Now that it is working, I decided to incorporate the motor drive but I can't seem to get it to move. What am I forgetting? It was working before with the dud receiver so I assume it...
