Can we get Nimiq1 91' in Caribbean

I have been trying to get Nimiq1 at 91' with a 6 foot dish but just not able pick up any signals. I am located at lat 18' long 76' . Is anyone using this sat for b3v in the caribbean island? Let me know your experiences. Thanks.
