I'm a 66 year-old newspaper reporter who works part-time these days to supplement my Social Security.

I have been with Dish Network over two stints -- from 2003-2012, 2015-present. In between I was with U-verse and DirecTV. Before that I was with Comcast since the dawn of pay TV in the 1980s.

I do tons of recording to preserve in my VHS/DVD library. Hundreds of movies, documentaries, sports, etc. I'm so happy to have a DVR (Hopper) that features a 2 TB hard drive. It wasn't enough so it is about to be joined by an external hard drive.
