Leasing the eqp does not qualify for a free replacement.... you need some kind of warranty on the acct.... DHPP/IHSP/ Lifetime .... Even then you need to trouble shoot the remote and make sure UHF interfernce isn't causing the problem either..... Plus look on how much you use the remote...
