I DVR'd 'Brothers & Sisters' on Sunday and then went to play it last night and the DVR screen had the correct channel and title that i thought I had recorded, but had actually recorded something different and at a different time. Can anyone tell me what could have caused this. Thanks, Guy

Had the same problem with my DIRECTV DVR+ receiver after a power outage and they are sending me a new one. My question is how to prevent this from happening again? I also encountered problems before my DVR went dead as it would not record any shows, and after doing a reset erased all the shows...
