    When trying to record a program while the receiver is off (sleep mode) the receiver records in one or two minute segments. It records program for about a minute or two then stops for 5 or 6 minutes. Each recorded program is in 15 to 20 segments. Any ideas? Hopper 3 with sling

    722K intermittent IR remote failure

    I just had a new VIP722k installed. Remote #1 worked fine for a few hours then quit. Called Dish repair. They said there were issues with Sony LCD tv's interfering with remotes. Dish is going to send a new #2 remote.
