Okay, I think it's the motor. I just did a reset and the motor went all the way east and past the number 80 and continued until it started grinding and finally stopped. Its like it was trying to continue to go further than it was even designed to go. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks

haven't had a chance to get on the roof yet BUT I was bored and started playing around with the receiver and got it working again. as far as i can tell, i changed the "diseq" setting to "none" and it started working. it also appears that the motor doesn't move when i have the transponser...

I'll give it a shot and post back. Could it be because I don't have it grounded. I installed it in the dead of winter and planned on grounding it when the weather got nicer.

I was working for a few months. Then it just stopped working. Motor doesn't respond to any commands from receiver. (captiveworks 800s) I've tried everything I can think of. I've reset the receiver, did a factory default, reset the motor, bought a new diseq switch. Nothings worked. whats...

HELP!! Tried everything but nothing has fixed this problem. My motor doesn't move and everytime I do a reset it goes to 0 and then moves all the way east. what's up with that. I can move it with the manual buttons, but it only moves one degree and stops - I can't hold it down to move it...
