I logged on my dish acct to sign up for the free hd for life and had a notice that I did not have a base package or any hd. I have the top 250+ HD but not Plat. I called Dish to ask why I did not qualify and as told it was because I pay annually. Anyone else have this to happen?

What do people who have "moved" do when they have problems and need new receivers or want to upgrade equipment? Not having any problems yet but curious just in case.

I "moved" to Birmingham Al about six months ago to get some network HD channels but the HD's are gone but I still get the SD's. I was getting them on 119 trans 9 spot 12. Anyone know what happened?

I have a 622 and for a couple of months have had recordings interupted sometimes getting the 005 error about "the smart card not having authoaization"and other times a message saying something like"Sorry for the interuption there is a problem with the station do not call Dish.".My wife records...
