I signed up for DTV for Sunday ticket. So assuming there is a season this year, I want to bring about 3 TV's in one room to watch 3 games. Is this possible? should I get a splitter?

I want to get directv for my home but, from my backyard I'm not sure if the dish has a clear line of sight because I live in a 3 story townhouse and can't put it in my front yard due to all the hoa bs.
