    Dish can't be installed on 3rd floor apartment???

    So finally I decide to go Dish, and then the website said if I live on the 3rd floor apartment, they can't install it on the balcony? My rental office lady said that I might find some local agent to install it for me???:confused: HELP! I LIKE THE HD PACKAGE!!!
