How do I get my VIP 222K to do PIP instead of 2 separate room operation?

I have a dual 119,110 dish pro lnb with 61.5 fed into the lnb port. I would like to add 129 to my set up with another single dish pro lnb so can i combine 129 and 61.5 with a switch and feed it into the lnb port on my dual lnb? If so what switch would I need?

I have a VIP222K receiver with a DPP Twin w/separator and a separate dish pointed at 61.5. When I do the switch check it verifies I am receiving 119, 110, and 61.5 but when I try to tune a channel on 61.5 i get an error message saying acquiring signal but it never does acquire a signal....and...

Are the Pittsburgh HD locals down? Have not been able to receive them for several days now.
