Had my new installation done. 3 HR24's and 1 H24 set up with SWM and MRV. Love the MRV, it works great. My problem is with connecting the new system to the internet so I can get On Demand. I guess because this is a new set up it seems the installers are not sure exactly how everything is done...

I just upgraded from some Tivo boxes to three HR24's yesterday. I have two of the 24's in my TV room. When I try to change one with the remote it controls both units. On the Tivos you could set the remote to only work with one box. Is there such a thing with the 24's? I called technical services...
