I am selling my UTV's, are their any risks with including my cards (after the units have been deactivated)? Would the buyer even benifit from having my card or would he still need a new one from DTV regardles?

I seem to lose my HD stations rather easily when it rains, my signals on 110 are 68, 75 & 83. All signals for the other 2 sat's are 90+. Should I expect to have 90+ signal on all 3 sat's?
