My brother-in-law is looking into DirecTV. I'm an old time customer and own all of my equipment. What I'm confused on is what are the penaties for cancellation under the new lease deal.

Does anyone know if the new XM radio channels will be recordable with our DVR's? That would be a nice addition, recording games, talk, and maybe a little music. Anyone know why the old channels weren't recordable?
