Hello, I have a RCA D6530 multiswitch installed with the 24VDC power supply. I've noticed that the outside housing gets pretty warm to the touch. Does anyone have or seen one of these units where the outside surface gets warm. Is this normal? Is it necessary to use the ground on the unit...
