i currently cannot get these channel to work, 11929 v22.000 Saigon and Little Saigon TV, i have a pansat 2700 receiver it gets 90% level but 0% quality, how can i get these channels to work? the the frequency change?

i am trying to get the problem of VTV4 from freezing after 10 secs, i have a pansat 2700a with a 80cm Fortec dish, any help on this? 11966 H21.991 thanks

I currently have a 36" Fortec Dish with BSC321S LNB and a Pansat 2700a Receiver. I getting only about 30% picture quality on Transponder 11966 22.000 I called an installer and he states that the best he could ever get is 50% what do you guys get? thanks

I want to get a new dish and wanted your opinion on which is better Fortec 90cm, Fortec 80cm or a Winegard 75cm or any other dish you suggest thanks

i just installed a new LNB but my signal quality is still the same at 30% for 11965 i skewed but the most i got is 30% what is the signal quality for 11965? Is 30% the best on it? i get about 50% signal quality on the rest. how do upload an image? it keeps saying that it is an invalid image but...
