Here is what I do not get Our HD channels are in the 504 thru 550 area of the guide They are mirrored channels of the regular stations like 4 6 12 etc Sometimes they do not seem HD also some of the regular channels advertise in the guide they are HD but are not. How can I really tell...

In the guide some of the shows on the HD channels do not say HD. And some of the regular digital cable say they are HD Is there a way besides looking at it. Thanks
