Does anyone know if C-SPAN 2 is part of the Welcome Pack? I just switched to the Welcome Pack and I'm seeing all of the stations I expected except for C-SPAN 2.

I just called Dish and downgraded from AT100 to the Welcome Pack. The CSR said something I hadn't heard before: the last day to order the Welcome Pack is Jan 31. She said it would continue to be available to customers who already had it after the 31st.
