Sorry, I forgot to mention that I have already gone into the Hopper menu under remote manager and made sure IR was enabled. That is what is baffling about it to me. The Hopper box is approximately 4 to 5 feet away from the kinect. I even moved the Kinect closer to test if that was the problem...
