As for side by side, I would say D* HD feed is 98% as good as OTA... With OTA the overall colors are brighter, but its tough to tell... I notice it most when watching football and how the Red's and Whites of the uniforms are a little more pronounced with OTA... that being said, if I didn't have...

OK, Here is the deal with my install... we are 95% complete.. ESPN2 HD and Discovery HD are still not working, installer (Julio) couldn't quite get it done and is coming back with his supervisor (BoB)... You are correct Ron's TV is the only one in Atlanta doing these installs. Installer told...

So no install today either..... I'm rescheduled again for 7:30 tomorrow morning.. I also called DirecTV with my issues, and spoke to the customer retention department. As soon as this is installed, I'll let you know the compensation they came up with.

Well no installer today either... finally got in touch with the local installation facility and they are going to try again tomorrow afternoon. I think I have been stuck with an installer who is about to get fired. They specifically cleared his schedule so that he could complete this...

The installer was all set to use concrete, though he used the method of pour some concrete in the hole, add water, mix, pour some more, repeat... I would have mixed it all sepereate then poured into the hole. Before you put your own in, you may want to find out the diameter of the pipe that...

Ohh.. and the H20's do in fact have an OTA antenna input on them as well... So that is why DirecTV is putting the OTA antenna as part of the install....
