Help!! I have a Scientific Atlanta All-touch Remote (Time Warner Cable DVR) I have upgraded my sound system to a Samsung Home Theater system(HT-P38). I would like to control at least the power on/off on the HT-P38 with my Scientific Atlanta All-touch Remote. I can't seem to get a programing...
