1000.2 or 1000.4 satellite for South Arkansas?

Should I have the 1000.2 or 1000.4 satellite for South Arkansas? My local channels come out of Little Rock, AR.

Little rock HD locals are on 77sat so you would need eastern arc 1000.4 sat dish.
