1000 Reflector

I am not sure if this would work or not. Would a 500 arm and a DPP Plus work with a 1000 reflector to get 119 and 110. Just curious.

It'll work. The skew you'll have to fight (slightly) to get to go on the reflector, but it will do the job.

The setting for the 500 here in SC are 129/37. Would the settings be the same for the 1000?

You might have to play with it slightly, not sure if your still going to utilize the W bracket on the 500 arm, or a Y bracket with the 1000 reflector.

If using 500 arm with Y bracket I'd probably try skewing it as you say, if W, well I don't know what the settings are for SC, maybe 131?
