3120 receiver not catching 110 signal

Greetings,

I have a 3120 receiver which is connected to two satellite dishes. One is facing 119 west and one is facing 110. The 119 is working OK however the receiver is not catching 110 signal. When I click on point dish, I see that the signal strength on 110 is very good. Upto 98 ....... So it shows that the signal strength is good but when I tune into a channel, I see error 002 that signal has been lost. Both dished are connected via sw21 switch. Check switch shows that the receiptoon has been verified. No errors and it recoginzes the switch.
