Probably 90% of the time when I turn the TV on I get the message about not having a phone line connected to the 622 and that I must have the phone line in order to avoid additional charges. Well, everything I check out seems to be fine ( I have a dial tone on that line) and everytime the phone rings, the caller ID displays the number on the screen. The caller ID display never fails so I'm thinking I may have a problem with the 622. I called Dish and they said that their records indicate a phone line is connected and not to worry, but I do. Could this be a problem with the 622?
