622 question

I've had a few customers that have had a similar problem with the dvr on a 622. The problem is that they are geting the loss of signal message on recordings but never on live tv. Signal strength is outstanding and the timers were not set up for over the air.

What channels?

Sounds like 129 wobble. Not seeing it live may be just a coincidence. Dish needs to be re-peaked.
