771 error

Will and high winds and rain cause the 771 error code??? I was getting it on channel 207. Then the watch this channel in lower resolution popped up

The funny thing is signal strength was at 95%

Ok I knew I was right the balcony above me was blocking the 103 bird. So the tech put the dish on the outer side of my balcony. So far better results.
