811 problem

Hi guys:
This my 811 problem: was working fine, but since yesterday I only have one satellite, 119. I did a switch test a it doesn't recognize the 110 and either my sw21. On the screen says: switch SWAJ all the time I make a test. Checked if it was software but I think 426 it's the latest one. Leaved it in 119 overnight in channel 101 but with no luck. Changed the sw21 for a new one but still have the same problem. Any advice? Thxs. And Happy Holidays to all!!!!@party@party@party@party@party@party@party

Do you only have one receiver? Have you bypassed the SW21 and connected the 110 feed directly to the receiver? Have you done a hard reboot (pulled power cord)?
