811 to Pioneer Elite DVR-57

811 to a Pioneer DVR Elite 57H (120G HDD) to a Samsung 61" DLP. Anyboby done this set up yet or have some info to share before I start putting this set up together late next week. Would just like to do it right the first time. My main interest is to record some movies from the 811 at best quality possible and watch some store bought DVD movies.
