9/10 and 9/11 uplink reports

It appears there were some changes yesterday and today. I don't see them?

The Uplink Report is now being run by @qwert1515. I will try pinging him to see whats up. I tried running the old software but its throwing errors. The last day it was able to process the uplink was on 8/26, ever since then it is crashing when processing the TS reader data.
