912 recording problem

Every time I record something my playback always skips at least once during playback briefly. I mean the show will play, but during playback the picture will skip ahead a few seconds and resume playing. You can see the picture stutter while this happens. Is this a problem with the 912 and is there a way to correct this.

Try pulling the power cord for a few minutes and let it re-boot.
