A couple of issues: 1 DirecTV and 1 OTA

I am trying to resolve and understand a couple of issues I am having with DirecTV HD and one OTA station. First the equipment:

- Samsung SIR-TS360
- Sony Grand Wega KDF-60XBR950
- Channel Master Antenna Model 3671 (Standard height. No extension)
- Channel Master Rotor
- Channel Master Amplifier Model 0064DSB

The issues:

The fist is with ESPN-HD audio/video synchronization problem; this issue is discussed in detail in another thread in this form. Based on that thread, was it conclusive that this is unique issue with the TS360?

All of my OTA broadcasts with the antenna pointed in the "published" compass direction are received fine, with one exception FOX-HD (Boston).

With FOX-HD I get dropouts (blocking and audio/video synchronization problems). The signal meter for the antenna varies from 0-70 for FOX-HD on the TS360. What I need is some advise on how I should proceed to resolve this issue before Super Bowl Sunday!

- Increase antenna height, by how much?
- Replace, or swap out TS360, with what brand?
- Better amplifier, what make and model?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
