I am not sure if it is a Voom STB problem or a TV problem.
But occassionally I get a white dot just north and right of center on my screen. It only manifests itself when watching Voom.
Dish never shows it nor does XBOX or DVD.
When it does show up, I can change Voom channels and it won't go away.
If I change over to Dish it is gone.
The only way to get rid of it without changing from Voom is to hit the Sat button on the remote. The Voom box turns off. I turn it back on and the white dot is gone.
The dot has shown up prolly 5 times over the last 3 weeks.
Could it be my TV (1 month old Hitachi 51") or is it my box?
I guess I could swap boxes with the one in the bedroom to see if it shows up again.
