Does the motor run when you tell the dish to move? Can you hear it make noise?
If not, check the connections.
If the actuator is at one limit of travel, tell the motor to run in the other direction (to a sat in that direction) and while the motor is running, push on the dish (eastward) to re engage the leadscrew.
You can use a car battery to move the dish, Put the red to the positive, and the black to negative, if it doesn't move the dish in the right direction, reverse the wires and the dish should move in the other direction.
come to find out, i blew a fuse, the fuse in there was pulled from something, and was a slow-blo. after moving my dish west for 10 seconds at the west limit, thinking i hadnt gone that far, must of heated the fuse til it blew
wierd though, it didnt look blown, but i tested it and it was
