Any updates on Deluxe Music?

Anyone know anything about Deluxe Music and their (re)launch into North America? I notice their website no longer mentions North American reception. Can anyone confirm that the delayed October 1st launch is "aborted" indefinately?

I thought I saw it on IA-5 via FTA a few weeks ago. Not sure if it still up there or not though.

havent been there for a couple weeks now....we did have someone from the company (I think thats where they were from) but havent heard anything since last week of September
