Anyway to compare channel lineup?

Using dishs site its really hard to tell what channels you will get or lose if you upgrade or downgrade your programming pack is there any other sites that makes this easy to compare?

I have AMERICA'S TOP 200 and i also have dishHD ultimate. Well i have no idea of what channels i would lose if i went down to the top 100 plus and hd essental.
