Are D* RSN's Conus? (NHL Center Ice related)

I was wondering if D* RSN's are available throughout the country, or are they on spotbeams? I would think if they are conus they could eventually make NHL Center Ice similar to E*'s. They could just map the HD games to their NHL CI channels.
