Looks that way. Check out this post at Doom9. I won't post any direct links to the software here as I do not know the rules of DRM breaking, but I figure the news is worthy. I don't know if this is a good thing of bad thing for BD as well as for HDDVD. I would think that since BD uses AACS as well, then if one had a BD drive for their computer a similiar tool could be made, but i really don't know.
