BB downloading question::preview?

Example: Movie "A little bit of Heaven" My house says HD 10.99 SD free preview 10 min. At my friends house says .After hitting * shows as free he hits play and it says 2 hours to download he hits start plays preview and stops all done. Very weird.

You may still see certain previews after filtering by pressing the * button. The reason "A Little Bit of Heaven" is $10.99 is because it wont be released in theaters until May 4th.
