Bill Question on Sales Tax

I have a question with my bill. Does D* tax you then they apply the credits, or apply the credits then tax you? For some reason they are taxing me $0.16 more then what I get when I add and subtract everything.

Above is what I get when I do the math. Some how D* is getting $5.76 for a total of $99.14. I know it's only $0.16 but I'd like to figure out how they are getting this. So if anyone could help I'd appreciate it.

I do know that the tax rules are different in each state so a call to your tax authority should help you with your concern about how much DirecTV collects for the state of Pennsylvania. As a general rule states attempt to collect the maximum amount of tax possible on your total prior to any discount(s) you may get.
