Many channels included in some packages are not available for Hawaii (and maybe Alaska). I just subscribed to Blockbuster at home and thought the following list might help fellow Islanders and possibly Alaskans. I'm sure most folks subscribe for the streaming and DVD's, but here's the channel lineup as posted by DISH. It shows the channel, the DISH feeds (SD/HD) and how they are actually available in Hawaii as of today.

Hope that helps someone. As you know, anytime you go to one of the stations that is in the guide but not available, you get the "Complete Signal Loss screen". Then you need to go to Menu, Program and then select another station that you DO get in order to escape. Not a big deal but to get through a list of stations, it can take some time. It's pretty easy when you have a list like this to work from. It gets weird when you get into the premium stations like HBO, Showtime, etc. As an example, SHO East HD is normally 318. For awhile, we got SHO West HD on 319. Then it went to "Complete Signal Loss" and we had to locate the SHO West HD feed at 5544.
When MLBN first was available, the only the SD feed was available at the normal location, but HD was available at 5506.
Anyway, it can wreak havoc if you're building personal channel lists
