Boston spot beam?'s

I am trying to figure out if I would be able to pick up the boston local station in my area before I go out an by a used receiver.

I looked at the spot beam map and I am inside beam 13. This beam is also shared by Harrisburg/Lancaster, Pa which is my neighboring DMA. H/L is on Transponder 3 and Boston is Transponder 1.

I will use my friends address so that is not the problem, I just would like to know from the experts if I will be able to get their spot beam.
