Tech came out to swap out LNBs today (drift) and we got to talking about EA and ... well one thing lead to another and he told me they've had the new dish set up, sending numbers back to E* and all tests showed it to be working fine. E* just won't let them write work orders on it yet.
That kinda sucks since I'm hoping for a single dish install over at the new house. Wish they'd light us up on EA.
