Does the same thing as a normal RF Modulator, RCA Video/Audio Inputs, but instead of only outputting to Ch 3 or 4, this can do UHF 14-69, CATV 65-95 & 100-125.
Was using it for my homebrew distribution system, but this one is no longer needed, and would rather not add it to my junk pile.
