C Band Programming-Looking for an update lists

I have been using global-cm.net for c band programming, but some of the channels are gone and transponders are different. Does anyone know were I can find a more update list of c band programming?

Only by your own scanning. Sorry, but services change so often, TheList and Global-Cm are only a "starting point".

sathint is a good resource along with lyngsat.
