Anyone with a 722 having issues with Caller ID?

Just recently listings of our incoming calls, which appear at the top of the TV screen, have disappeared.

We still subscribe to the Caller ID feature with our phone company. The feature appears on our phones. I have the feature "enabled" in the Dish 722 system menu.

Any thoughts?

Have you run a comm check to make sure the 722 is getting dial tone?

My 722 still shows caller ID.

For about a week now, my 722 only shows the number, not the name.
